WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED. WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS DUE TO DELAY. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THESE TIMELINES, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@SHOPHEART.CO

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We will not be accepting returns or issuing refunds for items that were ordered incorrectly, however if you receive an item that is defective or damaged you are more than welcome to mail it back to the listed return address on the package for a full refund.
